Who holds it

What we hold

• What you tell us when you make an enquiry or fill in a brief: your name, your company, how to reach you, and what you need.
• What you send us for the work itself: copy, images, logos, data, access to accounts where you give it.
• What we write back: proposals, quotes, agreements, invoices.
• Ordinary email between us.

Why

To answer you, to quote, to do the work, to get paid for it, and to keep the records that tax law requires us to keep.

Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to build a profile of you.

Account access

Where you give us access to an advertising, analytics or hosting account, we use it for the work agreed and nothing else.

Ask us to give it up at the end and we will, and you can remove it yourself at any time without asking.

How long

Enquiries that go nowhere: cleared when they are plainly stale.

Project files and correspondence: for as long as the relationship runs and a reasonable period after, because a client often comes back for the working file.

Invoices and payment records: for as long as tax law requires, which is longer than we would otherwise keep them.

Who else sees it

The services we use to run the studio: email, file storage, and the payment provider on an invoice. Each under its own terms, and none of them for anything but the job they do.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold, ask for it back, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Write to grievance@turtlelabs.co.in.

We answer within thirty days, and usually much sooner.
